I signed up for a free 30-Day Weight Loss-athon and I am so excited! Michele Connolly with Get Organized Wizard is offering a whole month (April 2012) of tiny-but-powerful actions that help you lose weight.
This is how it will work:
Each day in April Michele will give us a 10-minute task that is related to weight loss.
Each day we read and complete the task.
After completing the task, we check in on that day's post.
THAT'S IT FOLKS!!!
10 minutes for 30 days! That is not asking for much, but if we commit to this and take action we will see results.
